A short drive along highway 27 takes in small towns of Davenport, Haines City, Clermont, Dundee ( historic Boc Sanctuary ), and Lake Wales ( annual Mardi Gras ). These contrast with Orlando's major tourist attractions, providing different aspects of Florida's life, culture and heritage.
